NH Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst is one of the biggest conference hotels in The Netherlands and is located in between the iconic Dutch tulip fields. What are you going to do?
The position of Duty Manager at NH Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst is by far the most varied position in the hotel. You are involved in the day-to-day running of the hotel in the broadest sense. You know what is going on, you arrange everything our guests need and you know how to connect the right people. You supervise the hotel and, if necessary, handle compliments, complaints and problems. In addition, you monitor the quality of our service, always striving to improve it. You are critical, but always start from the positive. Moreover, you find solutions for the most diverse bottlenecks. You are jointly responsible for the operational execution of large events and maintain contact with guests, trainers and conference organisers during these events.
