As a Housekeeping Supervisor you prefer to work together with your team in a beautiful hotel. You check the cleaned rooms and help with cleaning. The position
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are responsible for the quality of our services.
You will:
- Managing a team (5 to 10 cleaning employees).
- Checks of the performed activities.
- Doing your own cleaning tasks.
- Performing administrative activities such as time registration.
In addition, you pick up all ad-hoc matters during your shift such as changes and requests from the reception. During the control of the rooms you make sure the quality is optimal. You solve small mistakes and if necessary you send the Room Attendant back. You will motivate and train the Room Attendants.
Your profile
You are energetic, enthusiastic and motivated:
- Available to work from Monday to Sunday (at least two weekends per month).
- Living in (the area of) Noordwijkerhout.
- Have a good knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
- An experienced cleaner/supervisor in the hotel industry.
- Relevant work experience as a cleaning employee is a requirement.
- Able to perform physically demanding work.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel.
- You are independent, organized and accurate.

Working conditions
- Hourly wage from 21 years onwards from € 13,00 to € 14,87, depending on your work experience.
- Salary every 4 weeks, so standard 13 payments per year.
- 8% vacation money, paid out in May.
- 10,5% accrual of vacation hours.
- 4,5% year-end bonus.
- Employment contract for 8 months with one month probationary period.
- An employment contract for the number of hours you determine.
