NH Amsterdam Centre is situated in the south side of the city centre, right in front of Leidseplein which hosts tram stops from multiple directions. The Museum District and famous shopping streets like Leidsestraat and PC Hooftstraat are just a stone's throw away from the hotel. The city theatre, Vondelpark and some of the nicest cafes and restaurants in Amsterdam can also be found just around the corner. After a busy shift with occupied meeting rooms, group lunches and lots of check-ins, it is time for us to unwind and enjoy a well-deserved drink together at the lively Leidseplein. Our young reception team and the familiar faces from the Food and Beverage team, makes our hotel the greatest place to work.

What are you going to do?
As an Intern Food & Beverage you will learn to work all-round within the Food & Beverage department. You are (partly) responsible for providing a wonderful experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will work independently in one or more of our Food & Beverage departments. You will help in the service and keep close contact with our guests, you will prepare the restaurants and/or meeting rooms for the arrival of guests and you will maintain close contact with other departments, for example, with the kitchen, with stewarding, and with the front office. Furthermore, with your refreshing eye for detail, you are always looking for improvements.
