IT Manager – Business Unit Northern Europe
Minor Hotels Business Unit Northern Europe is looking for a new member to join the Workplace Technology team responsible for the 121 hotels through the Benelux, UK, Ireland, Germany, Eastern Europe, and the Nordics. The successful candidate will be an IT Manager with at least 4 years of experience in IT, who can support the hotels regarding maintenance and improving our IT infrastructure. You are responsible for configurating and maintaining hardware and software, managing network infrastructure and solving technical problems 24/7. Documenting IT processes and working on projects regarding IT innovation will also be part of your role. As IT Manager, you will be leading a small team of IT Specialists. You will be responsible for managing your team and maintaining contact with internal and external suppliers. You will lead IT related projects within the Business Unit, analyzing new trends, update procedures and advise hotels with IT related issues.
You will be working 40 hours per week at the regional head office of the Business Unit Northern Europe in Hoofddorp. This role involves 50% of travel and being present in hotel properties.

Desired Experience and Skills
- At least 4 years of experience in IT systems and networks
- Experience in a management position
- Familiar with network protocols, firewalls, and security measures
- A self-starter with a keen eye for identifying and resolving malfunctions and IT issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft 365
- Preferred knowledge in SAP
