What are you going to do?

As Head of Technical Services/Facility Manager, you have ultimate responsibility for all technical aspects within the hotel. This ranges from solving malfunctions to carrying out repairs and maintenance on installations, energy supplies, sanitary facilities and lighting. You also ensure that both the hotel rooms and all public areas look perfectly maintained. You also motivate and enthuse your team members to get the best out of themselves and work independently. For the team, you are their sparring partner for more complex issues.

Furthermore, you manage maintenance contacts with external companies regarding malfunctions in lifts, air-conditioning, cooling and sprinkler systems. You also manage the periodic inspections, checks and maintenance/cleaning of equipment, and working out projects to improve the hotel's technical, appearance and sustainability in the medium and long term is an important part of your role. As Head of Technical Services, you will also monitor budgets for your department. You oversee compliance with safety, health and safety, HACCP and working and presentation methods.

In this position, you are also responsible for ICT-related matters - with support from our Service Office.
